I have inflight on a CE device. To make it find satellites I need to set it to Port 7 and tick the alternate port box. If I switch it off and back on I need to go through the whole process again. This also applies to turning off the altitude and speed tapes and to set the chart to follow position.
How do I get it to save my settings please?

Johnm, the chart following setting is not remembered (as far as I'm aware).
Nor is the instrument setting
Does your satnav at least now remember the GPS port?
Regards,
Max.
